Success Stories
You probably haven’t heard of Globalis Media. Over our twenty-year history we haven’t done much marketing, sales, or public relations. Most of business comes to us through industry insiders and referrals from satisfied clients. We have several clients who have used us in 3 – 4 different companies.
We’ll share a secret with you… Many leading agencies in the US and other countries use Globalis Media to quietly work in the background, doing the digital marketing work for their clients under that agency’s name. We might be working on your online ad campaigns already without you knowing it.
We strictly enforce mutual non-disclosure agreements we have with all clients, including the agencies we work for. Therefore, we purposely don’t publish our clients’ names. That said, all the success stories summarized below are absolutely, verifiably true and accurate.
Client Success #1: US Financial Services Company
We helped a US-based financial services marketing company to use savvy digital media buying, careful data analysis, and constant campaign optimization to earn millions of dollars of profit. We also handled advertising compliance for them. Globalis Media helped manage US $35 million in annual online advertising, while achieving a very high ROAS.
Client Success #2: International Airline
An international airline engaged us when they relaunched. We managed their media-buying and advertising operations. We started in two countries advertising a few flight routes. We were so successful delivering a high volume of ticket sales at a very low eCPA, that our client used us to manage all their campaigns in twelve countries on more than twenty routes. With this airline’s growth supported by our excellent work on their digital ad campaigns, they were acquired by a global airline.
Client Success #3: US B2B Specialty Services Company
A US company that new of our successes for other companies hired us to replace their then-incumbent agency, which was a very well-known international agency. Our monthly fees were 75% lower than the “elite” agency, we started to get much better campaign results within days of our engagement, and we doubled leads within a month – while significantly lowering eCPL.
Client Success #4: Australian Food Chain
An agency asked us to manage a campaign for them. The agency of record was unsure how to efficiently run a campaign across the vast continent of Australia for a retail food chain that had hundreds of locations spread over the entire continent. We used advanced geo-targeting methods that work wonderfully for such situations.
Client Success #5: International Airline
Another international airline engaged us for a test in their core market. We quickly lowered their eCPA by 85% — which greatly upset the major global agency they had been using. Our client kept assigning more countries and more budget to us, while taking away this business from the huge global agency they had been using. Our highly successful work helping this airline to grow and to drastically lower their customer acquisition costs resulted in this airline being acquired by a global airline.
Client Success #6: Asia-based Fintech Company
A former client marketing executive whose previous company we had successfully helped, brought us onboard to help a new fintech venture. We supplied this fintech with a turnkey team of experienced digital marketing virtual staff. With growth supported by us, this client went on to raise close to $100 Million in venture capital, and to achieve profitability.
Client Success #7: Silicon Valley Adtech Company
A Silicon Valley ad tech client engaged us to support various functions from image QA to advertiser account management to paid social media campaign management, etc. We helped them grow from a new startup to their acquisition by a global corporation within less than two years.
Client Success #8: International Fintech Company
The global corporation that acquired our client in the success story above was so impressed by what we had done for our acquired client, that the acquirer expanded our role into many other areas, including affiliate marketing support, mobile app support, paid media campaign management, content curation, product and website URL taxonomy, etc. We have worked for this corporation in many countries across four continents. This client did a successful IPO. Several executives who have left this corporation have engaged us to help them in their new companies.
Client Success #9: International Airline
An executive of one of the airlines mentioned in a success story above moved to another international airline and brought us into his new airline. Once again, we quickly lowered their eCPA by a very large percentage, so our client kept assigning more countries and more budget to us, while reducing their business with a huge global agency. Our success in helping this airline to grow and to drastically lower their customer acquisition costs contributed to this airline being acquired by a global airline.
Client Success #10 : Silicon Valley Adtech Company
A Silicon Valley ad tech company asked us to manually build product URL taxonomy for approximately ten million individual products sold by several major US retailers. We also performed many other functions for this client. Within two years of startup, this client was acquired by an international corporation, with very successful “exits” for the founders. Executives from this client have engaged us in many other ad tech and e-tail venture companies.
Client Success #11 : US Specialty Digital Publisher
A US-based digital publisher agreed to test one of our digital marketing professionals. This publisher was so impressed by our digital marketing expertise that they kept expanding the engagement with us, and within two years they had a team of twelve of our people working for them full-time. This client – like many of our clients – has continued to use us for over five years, and has recommended us to other companies.
Client Success #12: Japan Airline
A startup LCC (Low-Cost Carrier) airline in Japan was having trouble gaining traction among Japanese travelers. Japanese consumers tend to be brand-loyal, especially when purchasing air travel. This airline was using a major international ad agency, but results weren’t good, and the airline was losing much money. The airline brought in Globalis Media and we immediately identified a huge opportunity. We observed that the airline was advertising only in Japanese. Our unique idea was that while non-Japanese people comprised only 1.5% of all Japan residents, they represented 3% or more of international air travel purchases – and we hypothesized that this small segment of non-Japanese residents would be exponentially more likely to try a new airline. We convinced the airline to start running English language ads in addition to Japanese ads, and the response was very strong. And – as we had thought might happen – the sudden popularity of this new airline among foreigners helped it to become more popular among Japanese consumers. This business growth partially ignited by the ideas of Globalis Media led to the acquisition of this airline by a major global airline.
